Where do we ship?

We ship to the world! Shipping costs will be charged according to your shipping address and added at checkout.

Transportation time

Please note that due to COVID-19, many transportation companies have prioritized the transportation and receipt of emergency and necessary medical equipment. This may mean that your package may stay in the shipping company for a long time, which will result in longer waiting times and delays. We hope you can understand, because this is completely beyond our control.

The order delivery time is divided into two parts:

Processing time: order verification, tailoring, quality, inspection and packaging. Usually within 72 hours after placing an order and receiving payment, all orders are sent to our manufacturer for dispatch.

Delivery time: This refers to the time it takes to deliver items from our warehouse to the destination.

United States and Canada

Standard guaranteed shipping and insurance takes 2-4 weeks to deliver (if your items are in stock)

Australia and New Zealand

Standard guaranteed shipping and insurance takes 2-4 weeks to deliver (if your items are in stock)

UK and Europe

Standard guaranteed shipping and insurance shipping takes 2-4 weeks (if your items are in stock),

Other countries

Standard safe transportation and insurance require 2-5 weeks delivery time (if your items are in stock)

Insurance transportation: If the item is lost or damaged, we will send you a replacement item without paying an additional fee to provide it.

Priority insured transportation: The delivery notes we send to our manufacturers every day are at the top of the order list. Based on the volume of orders we receive, the estimated time may remain similar/equal to the standard shipping time. Your items are also insured.

**Some products may be shipped out individually and arrive at different times because we have warehouses in different locations. **

The tracking number usually takes a few days to a week to update and display the correct tracking information. Please use a third-party website (e.g. https://17track.net) to track your order.

Please note that for some countries, shipping times may be longer than estimated.

Depending on the number of orders we receive, your loading time may be longer than usual. Rest assured, we are working hard to resolve all issues as quickly as possible. We know that waiting longer than your order expects can be frustrating, but one thing we don't want to do is sacrifice the quality of our products. Thank you for your understanding.

Change request

If you need to change your order, please send us an email to support@eastrises.com within 24 hours after placing the order, and we will be happy to make the necessary changes. If your order has already been sent, we will not be able to change it. Make sure to check that you have selected the correct size and color to avoid disappointment.
