Returns and exchanges


Overview

To start the return, please return your item to our address below within 30 calendar days after delivery, and contact our customer support team at support@eastrises.com to confirm the return.

● Return the new, unopened item to us within 30 calendar days after delivery.

● If you have any questions about returns, just contact our support team at support@eastrises.com.

● Any product you return must remain in the same condition as the original packaging. Please keep the email receipt.

● If the item you received is damaged, please send a photo of the damaged item and your order number to support@eastrises.com, subject line: DAMAGED.

● Items not received If you have not received all the orders, please contact us via the following email: support@eastrises.com, subject line: MISSING ITEM and your order number.

● Please be considerate when placing an order to choose the correct product size, color, etc., so as to avoid return or exchange.

● Due to the customized nature of some handmade products, we cannot accept returns/exchanges or refunds for any handmade products.

● Rejected or rejected packages, discarded packages, and packages returned outside the specified return process cannot be accepted for returns (please refer to the specified return process above).

Terms and conditions

●We encourage customers to read our return policy carefully, and please ensure that all items can be returned to avoid disappointment.

●Due to the customized nature of some handmade products, we cannot accept returns/exchanges or refunds for any handmade products.

●Any product you return must remain in the same condition as the original packaging. Please keep the email receipt.

●For all full-price items, we will refund your original payment method.

●We do not provide payment for return freight

●The item must be brand new, in an unused state and in the original packaging to be refunded.

●The items returned to us that do not meet the refund or store credit conditions will be discarded or sent back to you at their own expense.

●All items purchased with gift cards or store credits are not eligible for return.

●Inappropriate communication or other situations, the terms of our return policy shall prevail.
